Terms of Service

1) Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Azad.
• You’re responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Azad. Prohibited actions include (without limitation):

• Any activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
• Security abuse: DDoS, port scanning, probing, exploiting vulnerabilities, or bypassing access controls.
• Overloading the service, automated scraping without written permission, or attempting to disrupt availability.
• Uploading malware or harmful code, or attempting to interfere with other users.
• Using outputs to create misleading content (“deepfakes”, undisclosed synthetic media) or to facilitate fraud.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code, models, or trade secrets.

We may monitor for abuse and rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect the service.

3) AI/LLM Outputs

• Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You’re responsible for how you use them.
• Do not rely on outputs for medical, legal, tax, or other professional advice.
• Where citations are shown, always verify with the underlying sources.

4) Plans, Billing & Refunds

• Paid features (if any) are billed in advance on a subscription basis.
• Taxes may apply and are your responsibility.
• Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled per the plan’s specific terms and applicable law.

5) Intellectual Property

• Azad (software, UI, branding, and content we provide) is owned by Conamur or its licensors.
• You retain rights to your inputs and permitted use of outputs, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
• Do not use our marks (including “Azad”) without written permission.

6) Third-Party Services

Azad integrates third-party providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, model inference). Their terms may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

7) Warranties & Disclaimers

Azad is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conamur is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim (or SEK 1,000 if no payments were made).

9) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Conamur from claims arising out of your use of Azad, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

10) Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for breaches or risks to the service or others.
• You may stop using Azad at any time; account deletion options are available in-app or via support.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms. We’ll change the “Last updated” date and, if changes are material, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Exclusive venue is the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
